L’inclusion scolaire des élèves est une priorité de l’heure dans le système éducatif burkinabè. Elle est une approche qui prend en compte les besoins spécifiques des apprenants sans aucune discrimination. Un accent particulier est mis sur cette approche qui favorise l’atteinte de l’éducation pour tous. Mais sa mise en œuvre peine à être une réalité à cause d’énormes difficultés parmi lesquelles les représentations sociales. Le présent chef d’oeuvre dépeint l’influence des représentations sociales du handicap visuel chez les élèves dits normaux sur l’inclusion scolaire des élèves en situation de handicap visuel. Il ressort de ce document que les représentations sociales négatives impactent négativement l’intégration des élèves en situation de handicap visuel. Par contre les élèves normaux qui représentent positivement le handicap visuel acceptent leurs pairs en situation de handicap et cela favorise leur inclusion.
