This article analyzes the judicial application of the agreements and recommendations issued by the ILO in the Colombian case, describing the structure of the International Labor Organization, its supervisory bodies and mechanisms, as well as the means of normative production of that organization, identifying the agreements and recommendations that are in force in Colombia, establishing their normative hierarchy, studying the membership of such agreements to the block of constitutionality, and defining the guiding criteria for their application in judicial matters.
