This fact is extensible to all educational stages, as can be seen in the many studies that affirm that human beings live under a level of stress that is difficult to sustain over time.The area of physical education becomes an essential tool to be able to transfer to the students the necessary knowledge regarding health education. Awareness of the value of health also responds to the educational needs of students at the school level.The present work offers a model based on various perspectives dealing with the physical, mental, contextual and operational levels. Knowing how to act accordingly to different habits sustained over time will be the roadmap for this book, being of interest to professionals in the field of physical education, sport, students of competitive examinations and agents involved in the educational community.
