The photographs within this monograph were made between 1990 and 2015 in various derelict, uninhabited buildings within the cities of Derby and London. These buildings ranged from neglected nightclubs, flats, pubs to shops and industrial spaces. Each were awaiting either demolition or restoration and all were haunted by a longing for new purpose.Christopher much prefers the organic qualities offered by film and the aesthetics of the square format.
