A Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (S.A.N.E) had many conversations with this young child and was very familiar with all that she had been put through. DHS personnel, who were not experts in that field stated, 'it was only hers and the doctor’s opinion' and then DHS continued along its criminal path. DHS in 2002 lost between 655 and 1547 children in Oklahoma that were under their care!
