Oftmals werden sie vom Arbeitgeber auch einfach vor die Lehrgangsteilnehmer gestellt um fachliche Inhalte zu präsentieren. „Kollege Müller, mach mal!' Mangels guter Vortragsqualität sind die Erfolge für die Teilnehmer entsprechend gering. Didaktiklehrgänge für nebenberufliche Lehrkräfte sind selten und dann auch recht teuer. Die nachstehende Arbeit vermittelt die zu beachtenden didaktischen Grundlagen für eine erfolgreiche Unterrichtstätigkeit in Kursen von 4 bis 25 Teilnehmern.
