The main goal of this study is to check the properties of concrete when the recycled aggregate and marble sludge powder is used as a partial replacement of aggregates. It ultimately helps to evaluate recovery and reuse of byproducts coming from destroyed buildings and marble processing industries. This study aims to characterize the properties of concrete which is partially replaced by recycled aggregates and marble powder as coarse aggregate and fine aggregate respectively. In this study compressive strength, flexural strength and tensile strengths are evaluated. The percentage of Recycled aggregate as a partial replacement of coarse aggregate are 45%, 50% and 55% and fine aggregate are 10%, 20% and 30%. M30 grade of concrete is prepared to check mechanical properties of OPC concrete. The test on concrete cubes is compressive test, on cylinders is tensile test and on beams is flexure test. The curing of cubes, cylinders and beams is 7-days, 28-days and 90 days and durability for 28 days. Marble powder is a byproduct from marble processing industry; it has a good micro filling ability and recycled aggregates controls waste coming from demolished buildings.
