This simple little booklet is powerful. Its words are alive and, like an elixir, they hold the keys to the doorway of change. Before I understood the message written on these pages, I couldn’t stop smoking cigarettes. Little did I know, that white knuckling didn’t work, at least for me, because smoking is secondary to something else—emotion. The feelings I had or, didn’t have, surrounding the thought of inhaling smoke, were the driving force behind my habit.
