O trabalho de monografia, baseado na análise da legislação ucraniana, doutrina jurídica, prática judicial, define a essência e revela os elementos do estatuto administrativo-legal dos sujeitos de gestão dos objectos de propriedade estatal no complexo industrial de defesa como uma posição funcional dos órgãos de gestão dos objectos de propriedade estatal, determinada por elementos legais, instrumentais e organizacionais que, numa estrutura interligada, revelam o papel, as peculiaridades de impacto e as condições de atividade desses órgãos no domínio da gestão dos objectos de propriedade estatal no complexo industrial de defesa.Como resultado da pesquisa realizada, com base em actos jurídicos normativos, realizações científicas de estudiosos de diferentes períodos, foi identificado o estatuto administrativo-legal dos sujeitos de gestão de objectos estatais no complexo industrial de defesa. Tendo em conta a experiência nacional, foram distinguidos os princípios históricos e jurídicos da organização da gestão no complexo militar-industrial da Ucrânia, e foram identificadas as direcções para a melhoria e as formas de aumentar a eficiência do funcionamento dos sujeitos de gestão dos objectos de propriedade estatal no complexo industrial de defesa.
