Corporate governance is a fundamental concern in an increasingly competitive environmentincreasingly competitive environment subject to fluctuating pressures. Governance usually refers to the institutional and relational arrangements, sometimes complex and not always explicit, by which an organization operates and is regulated. Like any social phenomenon, it can be presented through the multiple 'lenses' offered by the various human sciences. Thus, when it comes to governance, the jurist would detail the institutional provisions, the economist would focus on supply and demand, while the psychosociologist would be interested in the evolution of mentalities, in the stakeholders’ centers of interest. Among these interests is the satisfaction of needs through remuneration.
