Esta obra es la adaptación de la tesis del abogado Rodrigo Javier Gozalbez para acceder al título de Master en Propiedad Intelectual y Nuevas Tecnologías de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Austral de Argentina. El jurado internacional de tesis consideró que la misma merecía la calificación de 10, sobresaliente y la mención de publicación. La obra afronta la dogmática del derecho de puesta a disposición de obras y prestaciones protegidas en el entorno digital. Se analizarán los alcances de la Directiva Europea UE 2019/790, los nuevos instrumentos contractuales incorporados por su texto y la doctrina de la brecha de valor. Se analiza la estructura de la gestión colectiva, tanto en Latinoamérica como en Europa, sus innovaciones tecnológicas y el campo de acción tendiente a efectivizar las facultades jurídicas referidas. 10
