L’obiettivo di questo articolo è presentare i risultati di un’indagine condotta con un gruppo di studenti PARFOR/inglese del CESE sulle sfide che affrontano durante il loro processo di formazione. Secondo Paiva (2005), gli insegnanti di inglese devono affrontare una serie di sfide professionali e personali durante la loro formazione, che possono influenzare il loro modo di lavorare in classe. Inoltre, in questo lavoro, il gruppo di insegnanti intervistati parla delle loro convinzioni e delle emozioni provate quando sono stati sfidati a riflettere sul processo di formazione che ha costituito la loro professione.
